Trijicon AC32104 RMRcc Pistol Adapter Plate for S&W CORE Black

Fits All Smith & Wesson M&P C.O.R.E models. This adapter plate mounts directly to the pistol using S&W supplied fasteners. The Trijicon RMRcc is then mounted to this adapter using the Trijicon supplied fasteners.
