Accuracy of Website and Notifications
Pricing, availability, and product descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all information is without error. Pricing and availability may be subject to change. We will contact you immediately if there are any problems with your order. GunStuff will refund your payment promptly when stock or pricing is unobtainable. Please note: we do not price match.
Shipping & Delivery
GunStuff ships to the United States of America only. Firearms ship for free. Flat rate shipping of $10.95 per order applies to other products. Shipping rates are for lower 48 states. For shipments to AK and HI customers will be billed the actual freight. The choice of shipping carrier is reserved to our shipping department, in other words, customers cannot choose one shipping company (i.e. Fedex) over another. Customers cannot supply their own shipper account number.
Your order will ship normally in 2-3 business days, or according to the following estimates:
- Accessories: 1-2 business days
- Handguns: 2-4 business days
- Long guns: 4-6 business days
Also, the following manufacturers require additional handling that may add 2 days to the schedule above: Beretta USA, Glock, IWI US, Moultrie, Ruger, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory, T/C Arms, Tikka, Walther Arms, Trijicon.
In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately by email or telephone. Products will not be shipped to localities where prohibited by local laws. GunStuff is not responsible for damage caused by carriers. UPS or other carrier will cover damages caused during shipment. Please be sure all address information is correct and complete. If a package is returned to us because of incorrect mailing information, the fee and any further shipping charges will be charged to your account.
Order Verification and Clarification
GunStuff has real humans here fulfilling your orders, not robots, and humans have questions. We may reach out to you regarding your shipping address or other questions about your order. Failure to respond to our email or phone call may result in delaying or cancelling your order, so please respond promptly to our questions. We take your security seriously. Our security team monitors transactions for indicators that predict fraud. GunStuff reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason at any time. In that case you will be informed and your credit will appear on your credit card statement in 3-5 business days.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit or debit cards are accepted with no surcharge through our website shopping cart. You must be at least 21 years of age to order from our website. Your shipping address must match the address for your credit card.
All firearms sales are final. NO RETURNS. Firearms can be purchased on this site but can only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License holder (FFL). Once you place your order, find a local FFL holder here. Following the simple steps listed there will ensure that your firearm will be on its way to you quickly. You will be responsible for any nominal charges that the local FFL holder may charge you for this service.

Shipping available only to destinations within the U.S. Products will not be shipped to localities where prohibited by local laws. If you attempt to purchase FFL products or other products that are prohibited in your locality, your order will NOT be shipped and your money WILL be refunded. It is up to each customer to know the laws in their municipality. GunStuff carries over 700 brands and over 40,000 active SKUs and in no way can warrant any products for any purpose. Our responsibility ends at delivering genuine products from reputable manufacturers to our customers. All warranty work or service is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the product purchased. Read your owner’s manual and refer to your manufacturer’s web site for warranty service.
GunStuff accepts some unopened products in original packaging and condition for up to 10 days from the ship date. All products may be assessed a 25% restocking fee unless the return is the result of an error made by GunStuff or one of its suppliers. We will not accept return or issue credit for the following items, including but not limited to:
- Body Armor
- Personal Communications Products (Including Code Red Headsets Products)
- All PDU Apparel (Professional Dress Uniform)
- Firearms Component Kits and Parts
- Opened packages or packages showing evidence of tampering
- Product not in original packaging, including case pack goods
- Forensic testing supplies, equipment or drug and or alcohol testing kits
- First aid or trauma treatment products
- Worn products
For approved RMA products GunStuff may issue a full refund, account credit, or exchange, but only with pre-authorization. Contact us directly before returning anything. Shipping costs incurred while delivering the product to customer will be deducted from the customer refund (credit).
After you place your order, you will automatically receive an email that confirms we received your order. You can print that email for your records. A second email will follow with tracking information. You can also verify the status of your order by logging in to your account on our website. A third email inviting you to review your product purchase may be sent to you 5 days after your order has been completed. Your review is voluntary.
