The rubber core of the Ripcord maintains pressure against the barrel allowing for a 360 degree clean. Formed around an Otis Memory-Flex cable the Ripcord features an easy-feed design. The rigid Nomex fibers loosen and capture fouling particles. It also is heat resistant up to 700 degrees meaning you can clean between stages while the barrel is still hot.
