Hi-Point’s 4595TS Carbine has features an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer and sling swivels. The receiver utilizes Weaver-style rail scope base and fully adjustable sight. It has a quick on/off thumb safety grip-mounted clip release last round lock open feature. This CA compliant model has a 17.5″ barrel black metal finish and a 9-round magazine. (The mag is interchangeable with JHP45 handgun)
