With a 1:16 twist the barrel offers excellent accuracy and easy cleaning. The positive barrel lock-up provides superior accuracy straight out of the box. The lowered and relieved ejection port enhances performance while the tuned Power style extractor ensures reliable and efficient extraction. The Riptide-C Original 1911 is designed based on the classic Colt Series 70 1911 making it compatible with standard Colt style replacement parts. The pistol also features standard dovetail (Novak compatible) sight cuts for easy sight change outs.
