TLPS Pistol League 4/10/2026

Join us for our 2026 Pistol League!
This is a NON-COMPETITIVE outdoor match, USPSA/IDPA/PCSL like with hit factor scoring, and welcoming to all levels of shooters.
There will be 3-5 stages (time and help depending) and a minimum of 100-125 rounds (recommended to bring more). Stage format will vary between short, medium, and long field courses with one USPSA classifier (this will not be submitted to USPSA, practice only). Pistol or PCC equipment only (no rifle or rifle calibers will be allowed at this time).
Check-in will begin at 4:30pm and end at 5:15pm. Shooter safety briefing will begin at 5:15pm and shooting to commence at 5:30pm (safety briefing required to shoot that day – if you are running late please reach out). Shooters are also encouraged to help with stage setup, resetting, and teardown, if you can arrive earlier to help please do so. Stage building will be performed the day of beginning at 3:30pm (for the first few matches we will be setting up most of it the prior day). NROI ROs, IDPA SOs, or NRA range officers are encouraged to help run the match (happy to train anyone as well).
NOTE: Match only available to TLSC members and their allowed guests (guests must denote which member they are shooting under in their registration form). If you register and do not meet this criteria, those registrations will be removed.
PREREQUISITES:
Proficient with holster draw and safe gun handling. Match director or safety officer will confirm holster draw with all new shooters. Shooters may opt to begin from a low ready position, in such cases please bring a pistol case or bag to make ready with.
Both OWB and IWB are allowed, match director reserves the right to deem either unsafe for any shooter participating in this event (shooter may continue with low ready position) or disallow any equipment found to create a safety issue.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
– Eye and ear protection
– Safe handgun
– Minimum of 3 magazines
– Minimum of 2 magazine pouches
– Belt specifically designed for holster use
– Strong side holster specifically for your gun (SERPA brand is strictly prohibited)
MATCH FEE NOTE: $10 fee is due to be paid in cash (zelle is also available at time of event) upon check-in. This fee covers targets and other consumable match items (targets, sticks, pasters) used during the match. For guests the standard $10 guest fee and waiver would still apply, as well as the $10 match fee ($20 total).
