When will I receive my physical gear (Patch / Hat)?
Your order is processed immediately upon sign-up. Physical items are pushed directly to our fulfillment center and usually ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once it leaves the warehouse.
How do the Weekly and Monthly Gear Giveaways work?
As an active member, you are automatically entered. You don't have to lift a finger. We pull winners directly from our active Insiders Club roster. If you win, we will contact you directly via the email associated with your account.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Absolutely. There are no locked-in contracts. You can manage, pause, or cancel your membership at any time directly from your GunStuff account dashboard.
