The 2026 Washington State IDPA Championship
Welcome to the 2026 Washington State IDPA Championship. This is an IDPA tier III match. We will have 11 stages including a warm-up/cool-down, with a round count of approximately 180 rounds.

Tier III IDPA Match:
M-3.3.15 Competitors must be IDPA members in good standing on the last day of the competition.
M-3-3.16 Competitors must have a classification in the division in which they are competing on the day of competition. This can be derived using equity or classifier score.
Staff will shoot match on Friday 10/16. Main match is 10/17
Match refunds will be given, minus $10 fee, until September 25th. No refunds will be issued after this date.
No division changes after September 25th.
MATCH FOOD:
Snacks and Gatorade will be available continuously throughout the match and on every bay, and there will be water. Dinner will be provided during or before the protest period and trophy ceremony.
MATCH REGISTRATION POLICY:
Open to staff and competitors with a valid IDPA classification of Novice and higher in the division entered. Online registration only. Match capacity is 180 competitors. No changes to shooter registration or squadding after 09/25/2026 as squads and divisions will be locked.
REFUNDS / WITHDRAWING FROM MATCH:
Competitors withdrawing from the match on or before 09/25/2026 will receive a refund, minus a $10 administrative fee.
MATCH CANCELLATION:
If the match is cancelled for any reason all competitors with paid registration will be issued a full refund.
MATCH BOOK:
A printable digital match book will be made available to competitors the week of the competition.
MATCH SHIRTS
Staff will be provided with staff jerseys. We will send out a link to competitors to purchase match jerseys as soon as they are available for order.
AWARDS
If awards are not taken by recipient at the ceremony after the match, an email will be sent to the recipient to see if they would like the award to be shipped to them at a cost.
PISTOL CALIBER CARBINE
1. PCC must remain in a bag or case when not in use* (see # 3).
2. Unless actively navigating a course of fire, chamber flagging is required.
3. Handling of empty appropriately chamber flagged firearms is only allowed inside the stage boundary in the marked designated PCC area facing a side berm in each action bay while bagging or unbagging. *If the PCC shooter is the “on deck” shooter, they may unbag and be standing in the marked PCC bagging/unbagging area with chamber flagged and muzzle upwards ready to go to the Start Position when called.
4. Muzzle must be oriented toward the sky (vertically upwards) when carrying unbagged to and from the designated bagging/unbagging area and immediately following the “flag it and bolt forward” command.
5. While inside the stage boundary, chamber unflagging and flagging will only be done under the direction of a Safety Officer.
