TCGC Multigun Red Oktober 10-17-26
October will be TCGC Multigun's fourth annual Red Oktober match! This is a celebration of the AK platform as well as AK derivatives (Galils, Valmets, VZ 58s, etc) and other combloc weapons. Stages will feature iron sight friendly rifle targets as well as Soviet/Cold War themes throughout. All competitors will receive a custom patch for this match
This year’s Red Oktober will be a 2-gun match. Each competitor will choose one primary weapon (a rifle or PCC) as well as one secondary weapon (PCC, shotgun, or pistol) per stage. Competitors may use different secondary weapons on different stages. Don't have any AKs or combloc weapons but do have other cool old guns? Bring that instead! Just got your modern gear? Bring it and have fun anyways!
Pistols may start staged in a dumpbox if you don't have a holster for it. Some stages may have special exemptions for mouse guns (pistols chambered in 25acp, 32acp, 380acp, 9mm Makarov, etc).
Steel cased ammo is always allowed at TCGC multigun, even if the bullet attracts a magnet. Armor piercing (green tips, black tips, etc) and tracer rounds however are not allowed.
Setup for the match starts at 7:00 am. Anyone present for setup by 7:30am while have their match fee comped. Check-in will start around 9am and stage walk-throughs will begin at 9:30am in Bay 5.
If you have not shot an action match at TCGC before, please email the match director before signing up: [email protected]
Please do not follow another vehicle in, members must badge in and non-members must enter the gate code. The gate code will be sent out with the registration confirmation email.
TCGC does operate on a cold range. Do not load or place magazines in firearms until instructed by a match RO and absolutely no gun handling in the parking lot.
