HOUSEKEEPING
SMLPSA operates a cold range, if you have a carry gun please leave it in your vehicle, or unload it before you enter the range.
Magazines may be handled and reloaded anywhere on the range, EXCEPT the safe areas. Safe Areas are for gun handling only (un-bagging, holstering, maintenance checks, etc.). One is located in the left corner of the classroom, near the network router, the other is on the left-hand side of the range. Handing ammo in a safe-area is a match DQ.
First time shooters or spectators accessing the range will need to complete a waiver (ask the RO when you check-in). If you have any questions, please ask the range officer at check-in, or one of the range officers running the match, we’ll be glad to help.
