NFFTC 2-Gun Renegade Match
The NFFTC 2-Gun Renegade Match is a fast-paced, practical shooting competition featuring five challenging stages designed to test rifle marksmanship, movement, weapon handling, and pistol proficiency.
This match places a primary emphasis on the rifle while incorporating pistol engagements that require safe and efficient transitions. Competitors should be prepared to engage targets from arm's length out to 100 yards using a variety of shooting positions, barricades, movement, and problem-solving skills.
Equipment Requirements
Center-fire rifle or carbine equipped with a sling
Center-fire pistol
Quality retention holster suitable for running and movement
Minimum of three rifle magazines
Minimum of three pistol magazines
Two rifle magazine carriers
Two pistol magazine carriers
Eye protection
Hearing protection
Up to 120 rounds of rifle ammunition
Up to 75 rounds of pistol ammunition
Actual round count may vary.
Bi-metal, steel-core, and armor-piercing ammunition are strictly prohibited. If a projectile is attracted to a magnet, do not use it during the match. Any competitor found using prohibited ammunition will be Immediately disqualified from the match and responsible for any replacement or repair costs resulting from damage to targets or range equipment
