Introduction to USPSA Match
Welcome!
If you’ve ever wanted to try practical shooting, this match is a great place to start. Whether you have never competed or are newer to the sport, we’re glad you’re here and look forward to having you join us.
Arrival & Check-In (Important):
Gates open at 5:00 PM.
Please arrive between 5:00–5:30 PM and go to the clubhouse to check in.
New Competitor Class: 5:30 PM
Covers safety rules, range commands, scoring, and how a USPSA match works.
New competitors are expected to attend this orientation before competing.
Match Start:
Immediately following the New Competitor Class.
Match Fee: $20
Stages:
Expect 3 stages, which may also be official USPSA classifier stages.
USPSA Membership:
You do not need to be a USPSA member to compete.
If you want your match results to count toward USPSA classification, enter your USPSA member number in the registration form.
Not a member yet? We can help you join USPSA at check-in during the New Competitor Class.

Always wait for and follow the Range Officer’s commands.
If you are unsure what to do, ask the RO before acting.
Minimum Equipment Needed:
Handgun • Belt mounted holster that safely covers the trigger guard completely • 3 magazines minimum • Eye & ear protection
Holster Note:
Shoulder holsters and cross-draw holsters are not permitted for competition use.
Bring at least 100 rounds of ammunition
Recommended:
4–5 magazines • Magazine pouches • Belt suitable for holster and mag carriers
