Saturday, 16 May 2026:
1°ROUND: Check-In from 8.00 AM Match start at 9.00 AM
Sunday, 17 May 2026:
2°ROUND: Check-In from 08.00 AM Match start at 09.00 AM
The Match will be held in any weather conditions.
The Match Director reserves the right to move the competitors of the various squads in the same round to ensure fluidity of the match

Divisions and squads changes will be able only until 19 April 2026.
The invitation letter for foreign shooters will be sent to each shooter once registration has closed.
WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS:
For withdrawals no later than 22 March 2026, a full refund of the fee will be recognized if already paid
For withdrawals from 23 March 2026 to 19 April 2026, the fee will be refunded from which 25% will be withheld for management costs incurred.
No refunds will be recognized for withdrawals communicated after 19 April 2026.
In case of match postponement due to force majeure, the full refund of the fee will be recognized, alternatively, the slot in the match for the new date will be guaranteed.

2°TURNO: ritrovo ore 8.00 inizio gara 9.00
La gara avrà luogo con qualsiasi condizione metereologica.
Il Match Director si riserva la possibilità di spostare i componenti delle varie squadre del medesimo turno per garantire fluidità alla gara

Cambi di divisione o squadra saranno concessi esclusivamente solo entro il 19/04/2026.
CANCELLAZIONI E RIMBORSI
Per le cancellazioni entro e non oltre il 22/03/2026 verrà riconosciuto il rimborso totale della quota se già versata
Per le cancellazioni dal 23/03/2026 al 19/04/2026, verrà rimborsata la quota dalla quale verrà trattenuto il 25% per spese di gestione sostenute.
Non saranno riconosciuti rimborsi per i ritiri comunicati dopo il 19/04/2026.
In caso di posticipo dell’evento per cause di forza maggiore, sarà riconosciuto il rimborso totale della quota, in alternativa, sarà garantito il posto in gara per la nuova data.
