Dueling steel handicap assessment night

Dueling steel will be a head to head steel target match using centerfire handguns or pistol caliber carbines.
Shooters will be engage a variety of steel targets (droppers, Texas stars, spinners, Dueling tree...) attempting to beat their opponent to the final knockdown plate.
This will be a bracket competition where winners move on to the next matchup. (If you don't win your match don't worry we will be running as many matches as we can in the time allowed.)
To make things even, we will be assessing shooter ability and establishing a handicap system. This will hopefully make even matchups for all involved. From new shooters to experts.
Required gear
Centerfire handgun or pcc (9mm or above)
Holster (if using a handgun)
3x 10 round magazines (minimum)
Magazine pouches
Ear and eye protection
200 rounds+- ammo (more recommended)
Handicap assessment nights will be matches against a shot timer so we can establish ability and create a par time for shooters. You will be engaging a variety of steel targets these nights to get a baseline on ability and get a feel for the targets used durring the matches.
