CHC April 2026 Steel Match

Setup:
– Friday at 1 PM for Range 2 and 4:30 pm for Range 4 (or whenever it is available). There is NO Worker Shoot for this match. Bring a headlamp.
Match Day: Saturday the 11th
– Morning Squad(s): 10:00 AM start
– Afternoon Squad(s): 1:30 PM start
Equipment and Round Count: Your division gun(s), 5 mags/speed loaders/moonclips (or bring/make a friend to load if you have less than 5), and 125 rounds (bring 200 to be safe).
Important: A mandatory safety meeting at Range 2 is 15 minutes before your squad’s start time. Please arrive 30 minutes early to prepare.
Capacity: Each squad is limited to 12 guns, for a total of 24 match guns. Additional Squads can be added if RO’s sign up.
Fees & Perks:
Match Fee (one gun): $20.00
Additional Gun Fee: $10.00 (must be a different division)
Lunch: Make a donation if you don’t work
Free Match Perk (one gun): Work a half-day (Build / RO / Scorekeep)
Free Additional Gun Perk: Work a full day (or an additional half-day)
Perk for Workers: Free lunch on Saturday
Perk for Everyone: Free coffee, Timbits, water, and soft drinks
Perk for Match Directors from Any Club: Free match if you run a brick or tablet while not actually shooting
Payment: Send Interac to [email protected] within 48 hours of squadding. Email for alternative payment instructions if needed.
PCC Divisions & Rentals:
PCC divisions are included. If your PCC is now prohibited, we have a Henry Homesteader 9 mm rifle (PCCO) available for $5 cash rental. Bring your own Glock mags (available to borrow if needed) and 9mm ammo.
If you don’t bring a gun, we have a Ruger SR-22 .22LR rifle (RFRO) for the same $5 cash rental. Bring your own 10/22 mags (available to borrow if needed) and high or hyper velocity .22LR ammo.

Group Registration: You can define a group of people that want to shoot together in the same squad. The first person from the group who registers will define the group registration code and subsequent registrants will use that group code when signing up.
Registration Process: To register for any task or shoot, you must:
– Click the registration link and register.
– Pick a squad.
– Click Select Squad to confirm.
– **Repeat this entire process for each additional task or division you wish to participate in (e.g., building, RO/scorekeeping, or shooting another division) – do NOT just edit your first entry as that won’t work – Click the match name in the upper right corner of the screen to do so**
