Refunds
No refunds provided within 14 days of the event (unless a replacement is taken on the wait list)
50% Refund provided 30 Calendar days before pre match.
100% Refund provided 45 Calendar days before pre match.
Additional Terms
• All refund requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected]
• The date of receipt of the cancellation email will be considered the official date of the request.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method via Stripe within 7–14 business days after approval.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund if evidence of service usage is present or if terms are violated.
• If you require use of section 2 shotgun, please make us aware.
