USPSA Sanctioned Defensive Pistol Match

$20 match fee (non-refundable after the Friday before the match (4/10) unless cancelled by the match director); shooter initiated withdrawals prior to the deadline will be refunded less the ~$1 cc fees
Four to Six stages, about 100 rounds minimum (bring 150 to be safe); there will be at least one classifier that will count toward classification for USPSA members
New shooter’s meeting at 1:30; timer/tablet training at 1:30 pm, match briefing at 1:50; match starts at 2:00.
This match will have two setup sessions: one at 3 pm Saturday and then finish up Sunday morning starting at noon.
Match Setup: The first eight that signup to help setup the match (2 hrs) will get their match fee refunded (less the ~$1 cc fees) and be eligible for a prize drawing at the match (value based on the number of shooters); additional helpers will be eligible for the prize drawing

Please arrive with firearms UNLOADED and enclosed in a case- guns may only be handled in the designated SAFE AREA or under the direct control of a Range Officer. No ammo can be handled in the SAFE AREA.
WHAT TO BRING:
Signed & initialed club liability form (we will have some available if you don't print & sign prior) for you and each family member or guest with you
Bring your concealed carry holster or any competition style holster- if you don’t have one or aren’t experienced with holster draw, notify the match director and RO and we’ll start you from the low ready instead
Mag pouches are desirable but not required- you can use your pockets to store magazines
Standard service calibers for pistols only: 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .357, etc. per USPSA rules

Select Your Division:
NOTE: Scoring is minor unless a caliber larger than 9mm is used.
IRON SIGHTS:
Production- any iron sight pistol that is not single action (1911) and does not have a magwell; max magazine capacity 15 rounds; minor scoring only
Limited- iron sight pistols that are single action or with magwells; max magazine length 141.25 mm (~23 rounds); major scoring for large calibers
Single Stack- 1911 style pistols; 8 round maximum magazine capacity; major scoring for large calibers
Revolver- iron sight revolvers; major scoring for large calibers
OPTICS:
Carry Optics- any pistol with slide mounted optics but no single action, magwells or compensators; max magazine length 141.25 mm (~23 rounds); minor scoring only
Limited Optics- pistols with slide mounted optics that are single action or with magwells but no compensators; max magazine length 141.25 mm (~23 rounds); minor scoring only
Open- handguns with frame mounted optics or compensators; max magazine length 170 mm (~30 rounds); major scoring for large calibers
PCC- pistol caliber carbines (9mm, .40 S&W, etc), with or without optics; no magazine limits; minor scoring only

DIRECTIONS ONSITE:
Enter at the main gate for the Bedford Lions Club and proceed straight down hill past the baseball field, past “A” range, past the skeet range, and park in the grassy field just above “C” range. Walk down to “C” range where the pre-match meeting will be held. See the range map attached in the match documents.
