The Black Peak Precision Rifle Challenge is a one-day competition in Rock Springs, Wyoming, featuring shooters across 3 divisions with six to eight stages. Designed to test long-range accuracy, positional shooting, and problem-solving under time constraints, the event emphasizes safety, sportsmanship, and community. Supported by local businesses, veteran shooters, and the Wyoming outdoor community, the match provides a professional yet accessible environment for both competitive and recreational marksmen. Prizes will be awarded to winners from sponsored businesses, including, vortex, Armageddon arms, kestrel and mansface liquors.
Directions to site: From the turnout on WY-430, Proceed down the highway for 16 miles, Turn right onto "brady field road" there will also be a sign at the turn. Proceed on brady field road approximately 1.5 miles, please pull off the road into the parking area.
