This is a traditional 25m Project Appleseed rifle event.
Both Centerfire and 22 Rimfire rifles are allowed at this event.

Safety Notice:
– Keep ALL firearms in your vehicle until after the safety briefing and you are instructed to bring them to the firing line.
– No illegal firearms are allowed.
– At centerfire-friendly ranges, rifle cartridges are limited to 8mm (rifle) or .45 caliber (pistol and pistol caliber carbines).
– Effective 8/8/2025, Project Appleseed has temporarily suspended the SIG-Sauer P320/M17/M18 (all variants) in our Pistol Clinics.
– Parents of youth attending, please read our Message to Parents.
Subject to state and local laws, Instructors at your event may have discounted .22 ammo available. Reach out to the contact at the bottom of this page for availability.
Range Fee: None.
Camping Available:
Camping is available at the range for a fee of $5.00 per night. Electricity is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring plenty of water. There is a limited number of spots so Private Message Longrifleman on the Appleseed forum or Email [email protected] ahead of time to reserve a spot!

Directions:
From Cincinnati – Take I-71N to exit 32 (OH-123 towards Lebanon/Morrow). Turn right on OH-123 for 0.1 mi. Turn left on OH-350E for 18.4 mi. Turn left at Brown Rd (aka County Rd 79) for 1.5 mi. Turn left at Batson Rd and follow 0.4 mi to CCFSA.
From Columbus – Take I-71S to exit 50 (US-68 towards Wilmington). Turn left on US-68 for 4.9 mi. Turn right at N South St for 1.5 mi. Turn left on OH-134S for 3.6 mi. Turn right on Brown Rd (aka County Rd 79) for 1.2 mi. Turn right on Batson Rd and follow for 0.4 mi to CCFSA.
From Dayton – Take US-35E to Xenia. Take US-68S for 16 mi. Turn right at N South St for 1.5 mi. Turn left on OH-134S for 3.6 mi. Turn right on Brown Rd (aka County Rd 79) for 1.2 mi. Turn right on Batson Rd and follow for 0.4 mi to CCFSA.
