The Matches
Oct. 2 check in will open at 10am Mountain time you can also register for the mile and 1/4 mile rimfire challenge Mile is 50.00 100% payback top 3 places. 1/4 mile 20.00 100% payback top 3
The Mile human silhouette at roughly 1760 yrds 10 shots .50 cal and smaller
The 1/4 mile rimfire challenge 10" square at roughly 440 yrds 20 shots if time allows there will be rebuys for this one 20.00 a whack.
Oct 3rd
Main Match 10 stages 10Rnds/stage. This is Part of WPR (western precision rifle) and the South Dakota Precision Rifle League
late registration starts at 7Am Mountain Time shooters meeting to fallow at 7:30 rnds down range at 8AM
competitors will start port of arms mag in bolt open ROs will give start command and your 2 minute 30 second time will begin. you will start on your squad # you can spot for each other. Once you have finished a stage gather your gear in a timely manner and proceed to the next stage this is essential to getting through the match in a timely manner.
Targets will be between 200ish yards and 1400ish yards every stage will be shot off of a bipod with probably one modified prone stage.
As always every participant will get an M&M shirt, meal and beverages after the match, awards to fallow the meal.
Once again there will be a custom built rifle we will be raffling off with all proceeds going to americansnipers.org I believe this will be the 9Th year we have done this and over the past 8 years we have raised north of 50,000.00 to help support our Operators Down Range. Tickets are 50.00 each and the drawling is held that evening. Tickets are only available to the competitors and support staff for the match. This years rifle info yet to come
