Terms and Conditions – Refund Policy
By registering for our match on 24/07/2026, you agree to the following refund policy and terms
Full Refund (100%)
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested within 14 calendar days of the initial registration/payment date, provided the request is made no later than 13/06/2026 (6 weeks before the match).
Partial Refund (50%)
A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation is requested after the initial 14-day period, but no later than 24/06/2026 (within 30 calendar days of the match).
No Refund (0%)
No refund will be issued for cancellation requests made after 24/06/2026 (within 30 days of the match), regardless of service usage or client participation.
Additional Terms
• All refund requests must be made in writing via email to proshootpractical@gmail.com
• The date of receipt of the cancellation email will be considered the official date of the request.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method via Stripe within 7–14 business days after approval.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund if evidence of service usage is present or if terms are violated.
