We are making a format change to the match, all shooters need to arrive at 7:30AM, everyone will help setup the stage you are starting on, we will still have stage setup leaders that will coordinate the build. Once the stage coordinator says you are done, go to Bay 8 and check in, get you gear ready, hopefully we can have safety meeting at 8:45.
Hopefully this goes super smooth and everyone contributes equally, but we will give sharing the load across the community and adjust as we move forward. Here are the acceptable reasons for arriving late;
1. Medical limitations
2. Anyone over 72 years old
3. Travel time to the match is over 2 hours
4. You were abducted by aliens and have clear video evidence or the zombie apocalypse kicks off.

Match Fee is $15 for WEGC Full members, $25 for Limited Members and Guests.
Please note the entry fees have been raised by $5. This is to cover the increase in costs of targets, wood and supplies.
Recommended load out for the match is 250 rifle and pistol, 75 birdshot, 5 buck, 5 slugs
