WCRHA IDPA MATCH 9 2026 BUG CHAMPIONSHIP

Welcome to the WCRHA 2026 IDPA Match 9, BUG CHAMPIONSHIP. This is our annual club event and has evolved into a pretty extreme BUG offering. 2026 BUG rules are in effect. If competing for the Championship you must use the BUG rules.
All other divisions are NFC for the championship and each firearm is limited to 8 rounds.
We have made tremendous changes to our range and are now looking to pay for these capital improvements. Come help support our club.
Set up begins at 8am and we could use help getting the range set up for the match. Many hands make for light work.

930am SO walk through
945am Mandatory Safety Brief
1000am 1100am First shots (dependent on amount of set up volunteers and stages)
Shooters are expected to help set up, reset between shooters, participate in tear down and attend the mandatory safety brief.
You must register and pay to be approved for the match. Once approved you may select your squad.
Match fee is $40
If you register as a Safety Officer please select the SO discount option.
If you help set up please select the Set up discount option.
If you are a WCRHA Member please select the Member discount option.
Please do not select all three. If you do the MD will withdraw you from the match and refund your registration minus Stripe Fees.
There are also options for a $5 and $10 donation for Capital improvements. If you choose one of these please know that WCRHA appreciates your generosity.
Our plan is for 7 - 9 stages.

Set Up Help Arrival no later than 800am
Registration sign in starts at 800am
Registration Sign ends at 900AM (Shooters not signed in will not be allowed in the match)
SO Walk Through 930am
Mandatory Shooter Safety Brief 945am (Shooters not present for Safety Brief will not be allowed to shoot the match)
1000am - 1100am First shots (dependent on help and amount of stages)
Refund policy
Refunds will only be issued if the shooter requests to be withdrawn from the match the Friday the week prior to the match by 5pm.
All refunds issued will be minus the Stripe processing fee.
Extra donations will not be refunded.
All registration fees after the listed refund time are to be considered donations to our Capital Campaign.
