- **9:00 AM – Check-In Opens**
- Shooters may begin checking in at this time.
- **9:15 AM – New Shooter Orientation**
- Required for all new shooters.
- New shooters must arrive early enough to attend before the match.
- **9:30 AM – Check-In Closes**
- All shooters must be checked in by this time.
- Please arrive early. Check-in will not remain open past 8:30 AM.
- **9:45 AM – Shooter Meeting**
- The shooter meeting will take place at the pavilion.
- All shooters should be present and ready.
- **First Shots – Immediately Following Shooter Meeting**
- The match will begin after the shooter meeting concludes.
