Please arrive by 8:00 am to help complete stage setup. Match briefing starts when setup is finished, listen for the horn. Shooting starts when match briefing is complete.
Competitors will be asked to tear down the last stage.

If the match is full/waitlisted, please feel free to register and expect to be able to shoot! Currently everyone on the waitlist gets into the match; we intentionally set the squad size a little low at first to make sure our squads stay balanced as people withdraw over the course of the week.
A note regarding withdrawals: recently there has been a significant uptick in last-minute withdrawals and no-shows. This makes it very hard to use the waitlist to fill in and keep squads balanced, damaging match flow and leading to frustrating stack-ups.
Historically, due to credit card processing fees, withdrawing from the match had incurred a $5 handling fee. We are trying something new this month: there will be *no* handling fee for withdrawal requests made *before* 5:59pm Pacific on Thursday night. Withdrawal requests made *after* that time will incur a *$10* handling fee, up to the closure of registration. After 6pm on Friday there will be no refunds, as has been the case. Our hope is that this incentivizes those who know they can’t make it to drop earlier, allowing for better squad balancing and smoother-flowing matches; it also removes any disincentive to withdraw if things look doubtful and just re-register later if the schedule clears up.
