4/26/26 Thank you for your interest in the team match. This date is just tentative and may change. I first need to secure enough volunteers to run the match. Without enough help, we could not have this match. Keep checking here for updates.
5/12/26 The match is getting closer to completion. Match date is still set for June 27th Saturday for now.
Teams are encouraged to bring a cart to carry ammo and equipment. Drinks and snacks are encouraged.
Activities to expect include but not limited to:
Running/Jumping/Crawling/Climbing
Dragging/Carrying/Throwing Stuff
Using Handcuffs and Tourniquets
Ballistic Shield Use (if I can secure one)
This is a 2-gun (Rifle/PCC and Pistol), 2-person team match that will have 4 stages of various challenges. This is a tactical match so no speed holsters allowed. Leave your EDC and competition rigs at home; bring your tactical rig. Check, double check and TRIPLE check your equipment to make sure holsters have proper retention and long guns stay attached to their sling. We do not want any guns falling on the ground during the match. If any gun falls on the ground (loaded or unloaded) during a stage, that will be a team DQ. Don't be that guy! Expect distances to be point blank to 50+ yards.

Talon Competition Bays are a COLD RANGE during the event. Arrive with all firearms unloaded. Pistols must be holstered unloaded with no magazine. Rifles/PCCs must be slung muzzle down, no magazine, with a CHAMBER FLAG inserted (not a straw, twig or shotgun shell). Long guns must have a sling attached. Rifle suppressors are allowed. PCC suppressors are not allowed as they may not register on the timers.
Comp Bay 7 will be the TEST FIRE bay to function check your equipment.
Appendix carry and IWB holsters are prohibited. All holsters must be OWB. Thigh rigs are permitted and the leg strap should be worn. Pistols must be semi-auto in 9mm up to 45ACP. No magnum cartridges. Rifles must be .223 only. No steel core or armor penetrating ammo is allowed.
** TO REGISTER: Enter the full name of 1st team member in the FIRST name slot then enter the full name of 2nd team member in the LAST name slot. Match fee is $60 per team ($30 per person). Round count will be approximately 75 rounds of rifle/PCC and 75 rounds of pistol ammo per person. CASH only payment. Sorry, no credit cards. **
Divisions: (applies to both people on the team)
Standard Team - no vest weight requirement.
Tactical Team - weighted vest required of at least 15lbs.
Trophies will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place in both divisions after the match so stick around.
