We are now adopting PCSL 2-Gun rules for consistency in scoring. Check out www.pcsleague.com for more info. However, there are time penalties for the C and D zones on paper targets. There is no Failure To Neutralize penalty in this match. This deviates away from the PCSL rulebook, but in doing so we can score paper targets with the different zones. Scoring penalties are as follows:
C (Charlie) - 1 second added
D (Delta) - 3 seconds added
M (miss/Mike) - 5 seconds added
FTE (1 FTE per target max. Mikes are not added to FTE) - 15 seconds added
No Shoot/Hostage - 10 seconds added per hit
Procedural - 5 seconds added per infraction, e.g. shot fired outside boundary
Each stage is worth 25% of the overall match score.
Mountable and unmountable accessories ARE allowed in the Competition division at this match. However, mountable accessories must stay on your gun for the entire match, and unmounted accessories must stay on your person. Examples of mountable accessories include magnifiers, bipods, etc. Unmountable accessories would be bags, etc. This is a deviation from the standard PCSL equipment rules. Final judgment of specifics of this rule will be made by the MD's.
Swapping out firearms, uppers, optics, etc., between stages is NOT allowed at this match. You must run the same rifle and pistol for the entire match, unless you have a catastrophic firearm failure. This is also a deviation from the standard PCSL equipment rules. Final judgment of specifics of this rule will be made by the MD's.
Note: In the interest of time and equity, we will NOT be allowing zeroing or checking function of firearms on the range prior to match start on the day of. Please come with your guns zeroed and ready to go.
Division changes and squadding will be locked at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27. Please have these complete by this date, or reach out if you have questions. We will try to make squad accommodation requests when and where possible, but it's not a guarantee.
