These Sessions are typically broken into 2 groups:
GROUP 1 – NEW(er) to long range shooting
-Reviewing and adjusting rifle fit to shooter for optimal performance
-Key fundamentals of long range precision shooting – prone
-Zeroing, getting muzzle velocity, setting up and validating ballistics app
-Intro to positional shooting
GROUP 2 – Working on specific positional and match shooting skills
There are a lot of “Tips and Tricks” that will enable you to shoot better. The Clinic would focus on how to get better at the critical skills of :
-Quick stability across multiple positions
-Spotting impacts = Recoil management
-The crucial element of Natural Point of Aim (NPA) and how to achieve it quickly
-Improve your efficiency = speed
-Consistency of point of impact across positions
GROUP 3 – Have shot match(es) and there to practice positional shooting and practice stages.
New shooters welcome – we have loaner precision rifles for new shooters. Please include a note if you want to try a loaner rifle.
Schedule:
7:00 – Gate opens – SIGN RANGE WAIVER AT MAIN OFFICE
8:00 – Session starts
