SGC AR/Carbine 2026_07_29 Novice Match Salisbury Gun Club

This is a Novice Match, meaning little to no movement is required for the course of fire. Shooters of all skill levels welcome. We will have ~2 stages to shoot.
Shoot a match of USPSA/IPSC Targets in one of the following Categories
AR (.223 and other intermediate cartridges)
Heavy (.308 Win)
PCC (Pistol caliber cartridges)
Rimfire (.22 LR)
$10 per gun to shoot, Open to Public!
50-60 rounds (bring extra)
USPSA Cardboard Targets at 5 to 80 yards
Hit Factor limited scoring (Points ÷ Time)
BE PRESENT FOR SAFETY BRIEF AT 5:45! late arrivals allowed.
At AR/Rifle Matches, CHAMBER FLAGS IN YOUR CHAMBER AT ALL TIMES. (the club has chamber flags you can borrow for the day)

AR, PCC, Rimfire, and Open Divisions for Scoring, and Youth and Lady Classes too
(Extra Divisions may be added pending what turns up) (Heavy, Garand, etc…)
ALL RIFLES MUST USE BALL/FMJ ONLY. NO GREENTIP, NO POLY TIP, NO MAGNETIC CORE BULLETS. NO MONO/COPPER BULLETS. ETC. MUZZLE VELOCITIES UNDER 3,000 FPS!
Gear Requirements: Ear & Eye Protection, 3 magazines (10 rounders fine)
Preferred gear: 1 belt mag pouch & chamber flag, not essential. & (4 mags preferred)
Suggested Optics: Irons, Red Dots, Low Power Optics, etc
