BlackPeak Match Registration & Payment Policy
To ensure fair access to our matches and allow adequate time for planning, staffing, and squad assignments, the following registration policy applies to all competitors.
Registration
* All returning competitors are expected to register through PractiScore before registration closes.
* Registration closes at the published deadline. Once registration has closed, competitors are not guaranteed a spot without payment.
* First-time BlackPeak competitors are welcome to walk on. We want to encourage new shooters to experience the sport and will do our best to accommodate them.
* Returning competitors who do not register before registration closes will only be accepted as walk-ons if space remains after all registered competitors and first-time shooters have been accommodated.
* Walk-on registration is at the sole discretion of the Match Director.
Payment - IMPORTANT
* Full payment must be received before registration closes to secure your spot. PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WHEN YOU REGISTER.
* Competitors who have not paid by the registration deadline may have their registration canceled and their spot made available to another shooter.
* If you plan to pay with cash, arrangements must be made with the Match Director before registration closes. Unarranged cash payments will not reserve a spot.
* No refunds will be issued unless a match is canceled by BlackPeak.
These policies allow us to plan matches accurately, reduce delays on match day, and provide a fair registration process for everyone. Thank you for helping us keep our events organized and enjoyable for all competitors.
