RCC Intermediate Qualification Course
Pistol Only | 200 Rounds
This is an extremely fast-paced qualification course unlike anything else out there.
We pulled the toughest elements from:
* Special Operations qualification courses
* Federal qualification standards
* SWAT team quals
Then stripped away the filler and built something harder.
COURSE LAYOUT
Competitors will face approximately 20 dynamic pistol stages/lines featuring:
* Reactionary Drills
* Pistol Critical Shot Placement
* Movement under pressure
* Facing Movements
* Aggressive target engagement
* Time-driven performance standards
GEAR REQUIREMENTS
Gun belt - capable of carrying:
* Minimum of 2 pistols mags
* Quality holster, IWB or OWB
ENGAGEMENT DISTANCES
* Pistol: 0–18 yards
This event is designed to reward shooters who can move fast, think clearly, and perform consistently under stress.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The course consists of 20 demanding lines, and every single line:
* Requires advancing toward a threat or creating distance from one
* Starts facing left, right, forward, or uprange
* Begins from a natural standing position
* Starts from the holster — no “competition ready” stance
Be normal. Stand normal. Then perform.
TIME STANDARD
You will have 30 minutes to complete all 20 lines.
If you are a competent shooter, you can comfortably make the time standard while reloading mags as needed. If you prefer, bring additional magazines pre-loaded and ready to go.
At the intermediate level, fast reloads and efficient gun handling are expected.

Everyone will meet on the pavement staging area. From there, we will transport everyone back together to the range.
IMPORTANT
DO NOT check in at the main range check-in booth.
The range staff is expecting our group to be escorted directly to our designated range area.
