THE GAME
This is a 300-yard shooting challenge using .22LR rifles only. The goal: score as many points as you can in 5 strings of 10 shots.
THE TARGETS
Shoot at three steel gongs placed at 300 yards:
8” gong = 1 point
6” gong = 2 points
4” gong = 3 points
THE SETUP
Shooters will fire from a bench rest using bipods and bags only (no sleds).
Each participant has 10 rounds and 3 minutes to complete their string.
The timer starts on the first shot.
Shooters begin on the 8″ gong and must score a hit to advance.
Any miss requires the shooter to return to the previous gong.
All points earned up to that point are retained.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
This is a fun and friendly challenge open to shooters of all skill levels.
Non-members are welcome—come test your aim and enjoy the thrill!
