NRA Range Safety Officer Training

This request is to use the clubhouse meeting room for a NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO) Certification Course on Saturday, February 28th, 2026 taught by myself and a couple friends (one is a club member). The primary reason for this class is to train and certify a new cohort of scout leaders and volunteers as RSOs for the National Capital Area Council of Scouting America , but the course will also be open to FRGC members. The course cost will be $100 per person, but adult scouters and club members will receive a 50% discount. The class is limited to 12 participants. $5 per participant will be returned to the club. No shooting is required for this course, and no live ammunition will be allowed in the classroom.
