* Thursday, August 20, 2026: Reserved for Executive Staff (RACL, AC, SC, MD, AMD’s, CSO’s)
* Friday, August 21, 2026: Staff Match Day (Match/Range Staff, Sponsors, SO’s, Volunteers)
* Saturday, August 22, 2026: Main Match Day for registered competitors
* Detailed schedule information will be provided in the Matchbook. e.g., Check in times, Report to Bay time, Safety Briefing time, First Shots, etc.
* Rain or Shine event!

REGISTRATION DETAILS:
* Pre-registration: Contact the Match Director for a Registration Code for Match Staff, Sponsors and Competitor Groups of five (5) or more, prior to March 15, 2026
* Registration: March 15, 2026 @ 06:00 AM - Open, no Registration Code required
* Match Fee: $150 – Includes registration, lunch, and a Match t-shirt
* Registration Lock: July 31, 2026 @ 11:30 PM –
* After registration closes all required Division Classifications updates due to Match Bumps and Classifiers will be made by the Match Staff and you will receive notification via email.

IDPA RULES:
* You must be a current member of IDPA with a current classification for the Division you are registered in to shoot the match.
* The current IDPA Rulebook, Equipment Appendices, and Match Administration Rules will apply to this Match. It is the responsibility of the competitor to know and follow these rules.
OFFICIAL FIREARM NOTICE: SIG P320
Per the July 31, 2025, IDPA Headquarters mandate, the SIG Sauer P320 and all its variants are prohibited from use in any IDPA competition. This is a safety-based requirement from the national organization and will be strictly enforced for this match.

SPECIAL NOTES:
* Lunch: A boxed/sack lunch will be provided. Please indicate your meal preference during registration. Note that lunch options are subject to change and any updates will be communicated to participants.
* Water: Will be provided at various locations.

MATCHBOOK:
* The Matchbook will be released on, or about, the Monday before the Match (8/17/26).
* The stages in the Matchbook are representative of the actual stages. Changes may be required to accommodate the topology of the bay for safety, or other reasons. (i.e., an actual stage is not guaranteed to be identical to the stage as it appears in the Matchbook.)

REFUND POLICY:
* Competitors may withdraw at any time before June 30, 2026, for a full refund (minus a $25.00 administrative fee).
* All refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 3–5 business days once initiated. Please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us with refund inquiries.
* No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after June 30, 2026. Your spot will be opened to another competitor on the waitlist.
* Transfer Your Slot: If you choose to transfer your slot, DO NOT withdraw via PractiScore. You may coordinate with another shooter directly. If a waitlist exists, we can connect you with interested parties.

SQUADDING:
Squad selection is on a first-come, first-served basis following approval. Please squad yourself promptly to ensure placement with your preferred group. No changes can be made by competitors after registration locks on July 31, 2026 @ 11:30 PM. Changes may be made by Match Staff to level squads or other administrative reasons.

LATE REGISTRATION:
Registration will lock on July 31, 2026 @ 11:30 PM. Registration requests made after the deadline can be sent to the Match Director at: [email protected].
Every effort will be made to help you register, but there is no guarantee that space will be available. If you register late, inventory for Match t-shirts and food catering options could vary since orders will already have been submitted. Please plan accordingly.

AWARDS & PRIZES:
* Awards: Presented based on IDPA rules and number of participants per Division/Class.
* Ceremony: Held Saturday after the protest period. If you cannot attend, please arrange for someone to collect your award. A shipping fee may apply for any unclaimed awards or prizes left behind.
* Raffle Prizes: Drawings will take place both Friday and Saturday, with similar prize distribution across both days. You must be present to win. No exceptions.

* Hotels: Numerous hotels are available in Oxford NC and the surrounding area No official match hotel has been designated.
* RV & Camping: A limited number of self-contained RV spots are available on-site (approximately 5 in total), at no charge first come, first served.
