No Man's Land Shootout - Night Match
The No Man's Land Shootout is a carbine centric, Time Plus (Points) match held around the Beaver, OK area. Each month, the match will feature a mix of cardboard and steel with some fun and challenging mechanics to keep things interesting. For the night match, distances will generally range from 5 yards to 200 yards or anywhere in between. Five stages are to be expected. We're always growing and learning, but we have been hosting matches for over two years now and feel we've really established a quality product. Our goal is to BE SAFE and have fun! We're shooting, no cancelations, in any condition short of a blizzard, tornado, lighting, dust storm, or a torrential downpour.
Round counts range from 70 to 125 rounds but bringing some extra rounds is recommended in case of misses. At least two magazines may be required for mandatory reloads on various stages. A means to hold your spare magazine / magazines will be handy (pocket, belt, chest rig, plate carrier).
***NIGHT MATCH***
The night match will be very similar to our usual match procedure, rules, and safety consideration, just at night. Safety will be even more important due to the lack of light. Some extra precaution will be taken to ensure a safe match. Shooters will be provided with a chem light to visibly affix to their body for identification purposes. All shooters are encouraged to bring a headlamp or small flashlight to help paste targets and search through their gear. Night Vision devices or white lights are NOT PROVIDED for the match. This is a BYOB type of situation, and you must rely on whatever equipment you bring.
