NCRR HPR – M1 Carbine – M1 Garand – Vintage Sniper Match
Norfolk County Rifle Range’s annual Charlie Slocum Match will be held Saturday, Apr 11th. Matches for the day include M1 Carbine, M1 Garand, and Vintage Sniper.
M1 Carbine Match:
* Course of Fire (all stages shot at 100 yards):
– Slow fire prone, 5 sighter shots and 10 shots for record in 15 minutes
– Rapid Fire Prone, 10 shots in 73 seconds
– Rapid Fire Sitting, 10 shots in 63 seconds (We normally do not do sitting for this match)
– Slow fire offhand, 10 shots in 10 minutes
* Equipment divisions will be M1 Carbine As-Issued
* Note this match is limited to 1 relay on a first-come, first-served basis with M1 Carbine shooters.
M1 Garand Match:
* Course of Fire (all stages shot at 200 yards):
– Slow fire prone, 5 sighter shots and 10 shots for record in 15 minutes
– Rapid Fire Prone, 10 shots in 73 seconds
– Slow fire offhand, 10 shots in 10 minutes
* Equipment divisions will be As-Issued M1 Garand, Unlimited Garand, Vintage (Springfield 03 or 03A3, Enfield, Mauser, etc.), Modern Military, Match Rifle, and Unlimited Rifle (any rifle / any sight).

Vintage Sniper Two-Person Team Match:
* Course of Fire:
– Slow fire prone, 300 yards, unlimited sighters in 5 minutes for both shooters, then 10 shots for record, shot single loaded on command for each shooter.
– Slow fire prone, 600 yards, unlimited sighters in 5 minutes for both shooters, then 10 shots for record, shot single loaded on command for each shooter.
* Equipment divisions will be Vintage Sniper per CMP rules, Vintage (Garands, 1903s, etc. and other old military without official optic), Modern Military (AR-15, M1As, etc.), and Unlimited (any rifle / any sight / any support).

Match fee is $45 that includes your first match. $5 for each additional match. Re-entries for the M1 Garand only will be $15, limited to range capacity. NCRR club members and military receive $5 discount.
Scoring is on Shot Marker electronic targets. A Wi-Fi-enabled tablet is recommended for scoring.
Full name including middle name, address, phone number, date of birth, and citizenship are required for access to the range.
