Monson Steel Challenge - May 31 2026

SPRINGFIELD SPORTSMAN’S CLUB
THIS WILL BE A 5 STAGE SANCTIONED MATCH
This match will be open to all supported divisions - Rimfire Rifle and Pistol, Centerfire Pistol and Revolver and PCC.
Rimfire and PCC guns will use an Aiming Point as the start position. Centerfire Pistol and Revolver will require a SUITABLE HOLSTER to draw from.
The gun and holster requirements can be found in the SCSA rulebook at https://scsa.org/rules
A MINIMUM of 125 rounds will be required to complete the course of fire but you should BRING AT LEAST 200 rounds for contingencies.
Adults $20 - Second gun $10 - Juniors $5 - Pay at the range during check-in
IMPORTANT!! YOU NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 5 MAGAZINES OR SPEED LOADERS TO PREVENT SHOOTING DELAYS
YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO SHOOT 2 DIFFERENT DIVISIONS. SECOND GUN = $10 - IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHOOT 2, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SWITCH GEAR QUICKLY WITHOUT SLOWING DOWN THE SQUAD AND YOU NEED TO REGISTER EACH ONE SEPARATELY. 
ONLY 60 SLOTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS EVENT
ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY TO GET CHECKED IN BEFORE SHOOTING STARTS.
CHECK-IN AT 8:30 – SHOOTING STARTS AT 9:05 - SHOOTERS MEETING AT 9:00 IN FRONT OF THE PISTOL HOUSE
JUNIORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SHOOT THIS TYPE OF MATCH
MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO SHOOT THIS MATCH. NON MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE CLUB WAIVERS .
SHOOTING SAFETY GLASSES AND HEARING PROTECTION ARE REQUIRED .
YOU MUST HAVE A CASE OR BAG TO STORE FIREARMS IN WHEN DONE SHOOTING YOUR STRING ON THE STAGE.
