LPC Wildcat Apr 11 2026

The Lewiston Pistol Club holds Wildcat Pistol matches the second Saturday of each month. Setup/registration starts at 9 AM, new shooter orientation is at 9:30 AM, please arrive by 9:30 AM, match starts at 10 AM. The LPC Wildcat matches differ from our USPSA matches in that:
o we will not shoot a Classifier stage,
o the results will not be reported to USPSA,
o we will sometimes exceed the maximum number of shots allowed per stage per the USPSA rules
o we may exceed the maximum number of shots allowed per view per the USPSA rules
Otherwise, the same safety, equipment and disqualification rules will all apply. We will plan to shoot five stages.
The cost is $15 for LPC members and $20 for non-members. First time match attendees shoot for free. For more info, please see http://www.lewistonpistol.org/Action.php.
Bring at minimum 200-250 rounds of ammo, but more is always better in case you miss! Eye and ear protection is required for all competitors and guests.
We run a “cold range” on match days. Be sure to have all firearms unloaded and bagged when you come up to registration. This includes carry pistols. NEW SHOOTERS: Please read info at http://www.lewistonpistol.org/NewShooterInstructions.php before heading to the range.
Side matches after the Wildcat match are:
Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct – Pistol Caliber Rifle
Feb, May, Aug, Nov – Rifle
Mar, Jun, Sept, Dec – Shotgun
Due to the fire hazard, metal piercing, incendiary, and/or tracer ammunition, steel jacketed and steel core bullets are prohibited at the Bernie Petersen Memorial Range.
