SHOOTERS MEETING AT 8:30 AM
$15 PER SHOOTER FOR NON CLUB MEMBERS>
$10 PER SHOOTER FOR CLUB MEMBERS
MATCH IS 5 STAGES ALL CLASSIFIERS
ROUND COUNT APPROX 50 TO 60 RDS
I, the “Releasor”, being of lawful age, in consideration of being permitted to participate in shooting activities at the Lake Havasu City Sportsman Club, WAIVE, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the Lake Havasu City Sportsman Club, London Bridge Action Shooters and Mohave Green Shooters, the “Releasee”, their owners, officers, directors, employees, members, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors, and all business associates and partners involved in the above noted activity, from all liability for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury to person and property, even injury resulting in death, which has been or may be sustained in consequence of the participation of Releasor (or their child or legal ward) in the activity described above, and notwithstanding that such damages, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Releasee. I understand that this Waiver and Release agreement is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns.
