Introduction to Competion Pistol Shooting

This is an Introduction to Competition class.
The class is a pass or fail course. Once completed, you will be able to attend local action pistol matches, pending approval of that local club or range.
This class covers basic safety rules and general rules about competition pistol shooting.
There is a portion of classroom training and a portion of live fire training. Please bring your firearm unloaded to the range in a range bag or case separate of your ammunition (200 Rounds). This is a cold range. Once instructed you will be able to go to the safe table and get your weapons out to holster.
Shooters are expected to have a basic understanding of firearms safety and ability to safely draw from a holster.
Water in provided and snacks are available to purchase. Shooters are encouraged to hydrate. Please bring lunch if needed.
