Intown ATL IDPA at Freedom Outdoors Midtown - 30 Sep 2026 -- RIFLE OPTION MATCH

The Intown Atlanta IDPA match is a Level I match usually with four (4) stages and a cutoff of 32 shooters. Please arrive early at the range, pay your match fee at the range check-in desk and help set up, which starts about 5 p.m. all help is welcome. Please have your kit on and be ready for a shooter meeting at 5:50 p.m. so we can start promptly at 6 p.m.

Setup starts: 5 p.m.
New shooter safety brief: 5:30 p.m. (mandatory)
Pre-match meeting: 5:50 p.m.
First shots: 6 p.m.
Your squad may change based on squad balance.
New shooters are welcome! New shooters, or anyone who would like a safety refresher, MUST be present by 5:30 p.m. for safety brief. If you're not present at the start of the safety brief you will not shoot. Safety first.
Resetting stages: ALL COMPETITORS are responsible for helping to reset a stage by pasting bullet holes on targets. You must be helping with reset unless you are the next shooter or you've just completed your stage and reloading magazines.
Cleanup: ALL COMPETITORS are EXPECTED to help strike the stage on which you finish. Pick up at least one prop and get it stored back on its cart and back to the storage area.
Eye protection MUST be worn at all times, EVEN WHEN SOMEONE IS NOT SHOOTING A STAGE. This is non-negotiable. Moving forward, you will get ONE reminder before being thanked for coming that night and ending that night's competition for you. Despite your signed waiver, this is a liability on which the match organizers will no longer be flexible. There will be no exceptions.

We MUST have at least two certified SOs on each squad. If y'all squad together we'll split you apart.

Closed toed shoes are MANDATORY.
IDPA ranges are COLD ranges. All weapons will be UNLOADED and in a holster will be slide forward with the hammer or striker down. All PCCs will be bagged or cased AND have an empty chamber flag inserted. Coming to the line, PCCs will be either muzzle up or down with a chamber flag inserted WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
Absolutely NO handling of weapons unless you’re at a designated SAFE TABLE or under direct control of a safety officer during a course of fire. NO handling of ammunition, live or inert, at a safe table.
If you're coming to the match and you are lawfully carrying a firearm, GO TO AN EMPTY STALL IN BAY 1 TO DOWNLOAD THE GUN. DO NOT download the gun at the safe table.

As a reminder, Sig P320 pistols and ALL of its variants are not allowed at IDPA matches. Do not bring it.
