Indiana State Championship at HHRP
It’s the return of the annual INDIANA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! This year will be a little different. We will run the 5 NRL monthly match stages followed by 8 PRS Rimfire stages. You will get an August NRL22 score AND a separate PRS match score with no overlap in the stages. The COMBINED 13 stages will crown the Indiana State Champion!
NRL stages will all be 120 second par times, while the PRS stages will all be 105 seconds. NRL stages will be limited to 100 yards. PRS stages will go to 250 yards.
Trophies: YES! We will have metal trophies for the Indiana State Champion 1st through 3rd and Top Production (because I’m running the match). To get an Indiana State Champion placement trophy, you MUST be an Indiana resident and produce a valid Indiana ID. There will be other trophies for various other finishers and all of these other trophies will be awarded regardless of state residency. For example, if a Kentucky shooter wins the match, they will not be the Indiana State Champion/will not receive that trophy, but will get a 1st Open trophy.
Lunch: Of course! Tenderloins from GnawMart will be included. Bottled water will be available at the range.
Match Times:
The Zero Range opens at 7:30. We will have paper at 50 and steel at farther ranges for dope confirmation. Match Briefing (required for all shooters) at 8:30, with match starting immediately after. We will break around noon for lunch.
Range Address:
Hoosier Hills Rifle and Pistol Club
400-698 Camp Moneto Rd
Nashville, IN 47448
Head north on Camp Moneto Road. The range is on your left in about 1/2 mile.
Cash day of match: $40 non-members/$35 HHRP members. Preregistration via Practiscore is required. Registration will close 7/30/26 at 9PM.
PRS Rimfire Rules apply to the PRS stages (this is a stand-alone PRS match). You do not have to be a PRS Rimfire member to shoot the match. Please note that PRS Rimfire requires all shooters to have an empty chamber indicator that inserts into the chamber (i.e., a mag block is not sufficient). We will have extras if you need one.
NRL22 Rules apply to the NRL stages (this is a stand-alone NRL22 August 2026 match). You do not have to be an NRL member to shoot the match. However, a PRS insertable empty chamber indicator is required for the entire match.
