The stages have been designed with one goal in mind, to be enjoyable, engaging and rewarding for shooters of all levels. We hope you have fun, challenge yourself and make the most of our time here together.

Squads
• This match is not self squadding
• Any squadding requests are to be submitted to the Match Director for consideration.
• As per squadding list and times available from 20th October 2026

Local Rules
• No live firing is allowed to take place outside any unbaffled areas

Scoring & Scoring Area
• Scoring will be conducted by the Practiscore.com platform
• It is the responsibility of the competitor to ‘APPROVE’ their final score
• Competitors are not permitted in the designated scoring area

Camping
• Onsite camping is available but limited and will be treated on a first come first served basis
• The camping fee will be $10 per night with use of all facilities

Catering
• Lunch and drinks will be provided to all competitors for the duration of the match within the match fee

Presentation Dinner
• The presentation dinner will take place at the All Seasons Bendigo from 5:30pm on Sunday 25th October
• If you wish to attend you will need to declare so on the entry form
• The presentation dinner is optional and is purchased at $40.00 per head

Match Shirts
• If you wish to purchase a match shirt you will need to declare so on the entry form
• Orders for match shirts will be accepted no later than 31st August 2026
• The Match Shirt is optional and is purchased at $55.00 per shirt

Junior Competitors
• Junior competitors MUST be under the age of 18 on the first day of the match
• The fee for Juniors is $90, this fee covers catering for breakfast and lunch each day of the match for the Junior and their legal guardian
• Range Officers squadded with juniors will have a current 'Working With Children Check' as approved by any State or Territory of Australia.
• The Juniors legal guardian is to follow any reasonable direction of match staff at all times and will be treated no differently to a competitor.
