NEW PROCEDURE: Beginning with this match, we will be following a new procedure for accidental discharges that go over the berm of the stage involved. For the first AD over the berm, the shooter will be required to spend an instructive hour at the range with a Harvard Action Shooters member before being able to return to shooting HAS matches. The second AD over the berm will result in a one calendar year ban from HAS matches. A third AD over the berm will require even more serious action.
WEATHER ISSUE: Any match scheduled on a day with heat and humidity or a Heat Index of 115 or higher may be cancelled.
1. RO Meeting at 8:30 am at Range One.
2. Instead of a general Shooter's Meeting, your CRO for your squad will explain anything necessary before the first shot on your first stage.
3. The match fee is $30. However, if you would like a reduced fee, you may sign up to RO/Score (5 shooters per squad) or sign up to clean up and put all the props away. Please see the explanations that accompany the choices.

Paid pre-registration required. Do not show up if you are not registered, approved, and paid! Once you have been approved, you have 2 days to pay online. If you do not pay, your registration will be withdrawn. WE WILL NOT REMIND YOU. ......If we are within 3 days of the match, you will only have 12 hours to pay before you are withdrawn. If there is a waiting list, you will have only 8 hours. If there is a waiting list and we are within 3 days of the match, you will have 2 hours to pay.
Cancellations up to 48 hours before the match will receive a refund minus the Stripe credit card processing fee. Cancellations after that for emergency situations will be considered.
Anyone experiencing COVID or flu symptoms is expected to stay home and will receive a refund.
