Guardian Steel Training Event
Talon Range is hosting a Guardian Steel Training event. This is a FREE training event for sworn law enforcement officers only with valid agency credentials. You must use your agency issued firearm and duty belt.
How fast can you draw your duty gun in a stressful situation, find the red dot and hit your targets? We will find out.
Officers will be challenged on drawing their service handgun and engaging targets as quickly as possible. Speed and accuracy is the primary focus of this training event.
The event will consist of 4 stages. Each stage will consist of 4 strings of fire. There will be a bonus head-to-head stage at the end of the event.
This event will be held at Competition Bay 1-4.
Check-in is from 8:00am to 8:45am at Competition Bay 2.
Safety briefing from 8:45am - 9am.
Event will begin at 9am and should complete around 12noon.
Approximate round count:100 rounds (but bring a little extra)
REMINDER: The Competition Bays are a COLD range area during the event. Do not holster or handle your firearm anywhere except at the designated safe areas. Arrive with your service firearm unloaded.
