GHH Action Pistol Practice – April 8, 2026

GHH Action Pistol Practice is an opportunity for shooters to practice their shooting skills, test new equipment, and have a good time. It is an excellent opportunity for shooters new to action shooting to give it a try before entering a match. This event intends to provide practice time for experienced competitive shooters by providing a variety of drills that build skills and speed. It also offers first-time competitors a stress-free, friendly environment where they can learn about competitive shooting through practical application.
Note this will be limited to 12 shooters.
Competitors must bring safety eyewear, hearing protection, a suitable firearm, a sturdy belt, a belt-mounted holster they feel comfortable drawing from, enough magazines to carry 30 rounds, and about 100 rounds of ammunition. It’s recommended that competitors bring magazine pouches but you’re also welcome to put spare magazines in your pockets if you don’t have magazine pouches. All Competitors are expected to demonstrate safe weapons handling at all times. Competitor check-in will begin at 5:00 pm at the 50 yd. range (indoor range if raining). A safety briefing will be at 5:20 and shooting starts at 5:30 pm.
