FY27 Parris Island Intramural Rifle and Pistol Competition

Each year, the Commanding General, Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island (MCRDPI) sponsors the Tri-Command Intramural Rifle and Pistol Competition to enhance marksmanship proficiency and combat readiness. This competition develops and maintains a population of Marines with exceptional skills in rifle and pistol marksmanship who can improve other marksmanship instructors, coaches, and Marines within their current and all future units they are assigned. The competition takes place at Weapons and Field Training Battalion (WFTBN), Parris Island, South Carolina, from 30 November to 7 December 2026 and will conclude with a ceremony in December 7 2026. **This event is only open to active duty service members or members of the reserves who can obtain active orders for the period of the event from their commands.**
Notes: FY27 includes ARQ, CPP, Individual Pistol (6) Stages, Individual Rifle (6) Stages, Malachowski Challenge and Team match
Team Match - (Sponsored by MCCS - Unit Fund reward for 1st Place $1,000, 2nd Place $750, 3rd Place $500) Unit teams from both MCRD Parris Island and MCAS Beaufort will rate separate funds.
