FTRPA Outdoor Steel 2026-4-26

This club match is based on Steel Challenge, but is not an SCSA sanctioned event. Our aim is to run a fun match. We’re newbie friendly and it’s not ultra competitive. If our match shows as full, you can still sign up for the waiting list. As plans change for shooters, we routinely move people into the match when openings pop up.
The shoot consists of 5 stations of 5-6 steel targets of varying sizes and placed in varying patterns – each stage consists of five strings. Many stages will have a stop plate that must be shot last. The strings are timed, with your highest time being dropped, and your remaining 4 strings counting as your score for that stage. Please bring enough ammo (~300 rounds), magazines (5), and bring the firearm unloaded and cased. We start from the low ready, and do not use holsters in the match.
Entry is $15; second guns for any entry are also $15; Juniors (under 18) are free with an adult entry. Payment is made at registration with cash, Zelle, Venmo, or check.
Registration opens by 8:15am. Registration closes firmly at 9am. Anyone not checked in by that time will be removed from their squad.
