Freedom Outdoors: Douglasville Monthly LOW-LIGHT IDPA by WGTS – April 22nd 2026
Welcome to the registration page for the Indoor IDPA match at Freedom Outdoors in Douglasville, GA
This is a monthly LOW-LIGHT Tier I IDPA match held on the 4th Monday of every month. There is a regular Tier I IDPA match on the 2nd Monday of every month. We try to complete between 4 scenario stages each match and up to 2 standards stages. The number of rounds required is between 80-100 rounds. Please bring at least 100 rounds in case of malfunction or reshoot. No steel-core or steel-cased ammunition is allowed on the range. Common calibers are available for purchase from Freedom Outdoors on site.
IDPA matches require a safe and operational firearm, at least two magazines (three is ideal), magazine carriers to hold the magazines on your belt, and a concealment garment such as a fishing vest or Hawaiian shirt.
THIS IS A LOW-LIGHT MATCH MEANING TARGETS ARE ENGAGED WITH THE LIGHTS OFF. A FLASHLIGHT IS REQUIRED FOR SAFETY.
Weapon mounted lights are okay in IDPA, and it is also recommended to bring a smaller handheld flashlight for scoring pasting and walking around after the stage.
Please sign in at the counter to fill out paperwork and process payment prior to entering the range bays. The match begins at 6:00PM, and shooters are encouraged to arrive prior to 6:00 to assist with setup. New shooters please arrive 30 minutes prior (5:30) to receive a short required safety briefing.
Registration is open to current IDPA members and anyone interested in becoming an IDPA member and competitor. If you are not a member of IDPA, leave your IDPA member number blank on the registration form. While membership is not required to shoot local matches, shooters are encouraged after the third match to join.
