The Faces of Freedom ARC Regional Championships Presented by 360 Precision,
hosted at the Pete Lien and Sons Shooting Sports Complex in Rapid City SD.
This event is a multi-level NRA America’s Rifle Challenge featuring all four (4) stages of the
Level 1 match format and four (4) stages of the dynamic Level 2 format. This is a ONE-
DAY shooting event fired over multiple days to allow additional competitors. You will
only compete in the Saturday or Sunday squad you select. This is a rifle only match, as
the max distance is limited to 200 yards, Pistol Caliber Carbines (PCC’s) are allowed.

This event is also part of the ARC Across America National Challenge. Your scores
from the four stages of the level one event will be ranked on the leaderboard with
thousands of others.

number through the NRA Competitive Shooting Portal at:

Participants will need the following:
A rifle that meets the requirements of the division they are competing in
A sling
An Empty Chamber Indicator (ECI)
Hearing and Eye protection
Weather appropriate clothing and footwear (no open-toed shoes)
Optional – Shooting mat and cart/wagon
Approximately 260 rounds of ammunition (full round count not yet posted)

Participants should bring the following:
Hydration and snacks
Sunscreen/lip balm
Great attitude, and friends/family that have the same great attitude
Safe firearms handling skills, marksmanship is encouraged
A rifle that has been properly zeroed.

Daily match flow, your squad number determines your match day and the bay you will
start on. Example: If you are on squad 12, you will compete on Saturday and start on
bay #2. If you were on squad 26, you would compete on Sunday and start on bay #6.
Competitors that wish to compete together should select an open squad and coordinate
your group into that squad as quickly as possible. This match is expected to fill quickly,
don’t delay as match staff cannot guarantee movement. “Squad Jumping” is NOT
allowed.

NRA ARC events and events at PL&SSSC are ran as “COLD RANGES”, all firearms
shall arrive cased and unloaded. Firearms may only be handled in a designated “SAFE
AREA”. No ammunition is allowed in the safe area. All rifles shall be checked and
made clear and safe with an ECI installed into the chamber of the firearm. Only then
may the firearm be slung and hung or placed in a case on your cart prior to departing
the safe area to your bay. At the end of the day, at your final stage, the RSO may clear
your firearm on the line in order to safely case your rifle prior to departure from the
complex. Everyone is responsible for ensuring the safety of our sport.

Awards dinner will be held on Sunday at the completion of the event and collection of
scores. Additional information will be provided ahead of the event to registered
competitors. Guest may attend the dinner, please indicate if you are bringing a guest.

Match Hotel: We are in the process of coordinating a match hotel with discounts
offered for competitors, this information will be provided in your registration confirmation.

Refund Policy: Full refunds, minus processing fees may be available up to 30 days prior to the event, within 30 days a 50% refund will be considered, no refunds will be issued within 15 days of the match.
